Villa Sainte Geneviève

Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in Saint-Malo, in the popular district of Rochebonne, 300m from the beach, with an area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen open on a beautiful veranda turned on the garden, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m². The cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A separate toilet
- on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and private bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200), a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet.

- on the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) and 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200), a bathroom with toilet.

A cot is also available (on request when booking, we can install a cot for your baby). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we don't provide a mattress, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish.)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, sports equipment.

- A beautiful garden of 500 m² + terrace with furniture, deckchairs, to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, beach...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park up to two vehicles in the garage (it measures 2.20m wide, 2.10m high and 9.00m long) and one vehicle at the front of the house, in the enclosed courtyard.
If needed, the garage being through, it is possible to park another vehicle in the backyard of the house.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station : St Malo at 5 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes 70km

Family summer 24 holiday

We loved the house and the location. The house is very versatile and more than big enough for our party of 8. Particularly love the location. 1 minute walk to a fabulous beach and great shops, bars and eateries. Right opposite a bus stop which goes straight into old central area. Big bonus is the elec bike hire station right across the road. We made good use of the bikes. You can walk along the promenade straight to old town which takes around 30/40 minutes or 5 minutes on a bike! I highly recommend this house and we love St Malo!
