On the first floor, there’s an entryway leading to the separate kitchen, a living/dining room with a fireplace insert, 2 bedrooms with one 140x190 bed each (one with a private shower room and the other with a full bathroom), and a separate toilet with a sink. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a 140-size bed. One has a private shower room, and the other has a private terrace. Shower room, separate toilet. Laundry room accessible from outside with a washing machine. Semi-covered terrace with patio furniture, accessible from the garden via a few steps, as well as from the living room and kitchen.
