Shops are located just down the road, and there are hiking and walking trails through the forest nearby.
In summer, Saint-Jorioz beach is one of the very best on the lake (diving boards, children’s play area, beach volleyball, snack bar, etc.)
In winter, you can access the Semnoz ski resort from Saint-Jorioz!

The accommodation:

A recently built ground-floor flat; the owners live upstairs.
The thick stone walls will keep you cool in summer.
You’ll have your own entrance and a private garden with a table and chairs, as well as two sun loungers.
The flat is fully equipped, with an open-plan kitchen and living room, a bedroom with storage, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower.
Please note that the road runs behind the garden, but the flat is very well insulated.

Non-smoking accommodation; pets are not permitted.

Our concierge will contact you 24 to 48 hours before your arrival to arrange key collection. Check-in is from 4 pm, unless the apartment is already ready, in which case our concierge will let you know if an early check-in is possible.
Check-out is by 10.00.
