Charming townhouse, 10-minute walk to the beach

Welcome to this charming fisherman's house, in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys: local shops, creperie, terraces... The coastal paths and the beach 10 minutes walk away for a holiday where you can do everything on foot or by bike.

This 70m² house offers you the advantages of the city while being very quiet thanks to its beautiful enclosed courtyard, its proximity to all services and the ocean a few meters on foot!

My accommodation:
Composed of a spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen and cozy living room. On the first floor you will also find a bedroom next to a large bathroom (shower) and toilet. This room has a double bed 160x200cm and enough space to add a baby/child bed (available on site).
Upstairs are two other bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), a 2nd bathroom (bath) and a 2nd toilet.
A courtyard allows you to enjoy the outdoors at the foot of the wisteria and the traditional Breton hydrangeas. You will appreciate the garden furniture (table and chairs, deck chairs) and the barbecue available. A garden shed will allow you to store your bikes and/or beach accessories.

Families are more than welcome! High chair, travel cot, potty, foot function... the house is equipped to accommodate our young children so yours too ;)

Regarding the bed/bath linen, it can be provided to you for an additional charge.
We can provide you:
- double bed sheets: 20 euros
- single bed sheets: 15 euros
- towel + bath towel kit: 5€/person
You can also bring your own linen, which reduces costs.

The house is more configured for 6 people but a 7th person (a child) can be accommodated, in the additional bed of the children's room.

The location:
Come and enjoy St Gildas de Rhuys, an artist's village that enjoys the incredible cliffs of the Pointe du Grand Mont, its abbey church, and an unfailing dynamism with a cultural agenda that is always very rich (music, street art and literary festivals, Celtic festivals, organic markets, concerts, ...).

NB: If you are looking for an impeccable hotel service, this house is not the right one. Here it is a family home with a soul, which lives ;)
