Newly renovated, this cozy apartment accommodates up to 6 people for a comfortable stay with family or friends in Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains.
Ideally located near the ski lifts, it allows you to fully enjoy the mountains in any season. In winter, relax by the fireplace after a day on the slopes. In summer, enjoy the pool and the magnificent view of the Fiz and Bionnassay mountains for a rejuvenating getaway in the heart of the Alps.


Enjoy a mountain getaway in a newly renovated apartment that combines comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, featuring a fireplace, a swimming pool, and breathtaking views of the Fiz and Bionnassay, close to the ski lifts.

This accommodation consists of:

Entrance:
> Basement storage: Boot warmer for winter, firewood for the fireplace.
> 1 shower room: Sink, toilet, shower
> One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), with a wardrobe for storing clothes.
> A fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, kettle, and toaster; glass-ceramic cooktop (4 burners); 2 refrigerators (1 small built into the kitchen, 1 large in the living room)
> A large table in the dining area so everyone can enjoy meals together around the table.
> Living room: 2 large, comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
> 1 balcony with outdoor furniture (chairs and tables) so you can enjoy the view.
> There is also a lockable storage locker for skis located in front of the front door.

Upstairs:

> One bedroom with 1 large bed (160x200)
> One bedroom with two twin beds (80x190)
> One shared bathroom for both bedrooms. Both doors have locks to ensure privacy: Bathtub, toilet, sink, washing machine

You’ll enjoy the heated pool, open in the summer from June 15 through September 15, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains and nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, it enjoys a prime location for fully enjoying the mountains in every season, with a magnificent view of the Fiz massif and Bionnassay. In winter, the red run returning from Bettex is located right at the foot of the residence, allowing you to ski right up to the property, provided there is sufficient snow and the run is open. If conditions do not permit this, you will need to drive to the ski lifts.

Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, accessible notably via the Alpin gondola, which connects Saint-Gervais to the Bettex plateau.

In the summer, enjoy the residence’s outdoor pool to relax after a day of hiking or exploring. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for walks, hikes, and outdoor activities, with superb panoramic views of the Alpine peaks.

The center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, just a few minutes away by car, is the perfect place to explore the village’s shops, restaurants, and cafés. You can also take advantage of your stay to visit the Thermes de Saint-Gervais, the thermal park, or the famous Mont-Blanc Tramway.



By train:

The nearest train station is Saint-Gervais-les-Bains – Le Fayet, located about a 10- to 20-minute drive from the accommodation. From the station, you can reach the center of Saint-Gervais via the Valléen, a gondola that connects Le Fayet to the village in about 5 minutes. Shuttles and taxis are also available to take you the rest of the way to the accommodation.

Without a car:

A shuttle stop is located near the accommodation, less than 300 meters away. The free Facilibus shuttles serve various areas of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, including the village center and the ski lifts. Routes and schedules vary by season: be sure to check the latest information on the tourist office’s website or the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc app.
Please note, however: since the residence may not be easily accessible on foot from the Valléen train station or public transportation stops, we recommend arranging a taxi to take you to the residence upon arrival, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. Be sure to plan your transfer in advance so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

By car:

The center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is just a few minutes’ drive from the accommodation. The Alpin gondola, which provides access to the Bettex ski area, is also accessible by car. You’ll need to plan to get to the ski lifts by car or shuttle, depending on the schedule and traffic conditions.
