Nous connaissions le quartier qui est très calme. La maison offre de belles prestations, notamment au niveau de la literie. Rien a redire.

Jolie maison au calme, très bien équipée, propre, spacieuse, la literie est de qualité. Très bon accueil de la personne qui s'occupe de la maison, et très bons contacts avec Mr Pil le propriétaire qui reste disponible si besoin. La maison est également très bien située : à 5-10mn à pied de la plage, 5-10mn à pied de la superette et du marché. A 10 mn en vélo du port de St Cyprien via la piste cyclable qui longe la plage (donc en toute sécurité pour les enfants). Ne manquez pas de faire un tour en bateau sur le Nausicaa (brochure et contact mis à disposition par Mr Pil). Multitude de visites possibles aux alentours de la maison. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, je recommande cette location.

Une Villa de classe dans une cité balnéaire qui en manque singulièrement (principalement le week-end). Mentions particulières pour : le niveau de propreté et d’entretien général la taille, la profondeur et la température de la piscine le confort des coussins des lits de piscine le niveau qualitatif général des équipements et des ustensiles. la smart tv du salon le bon fonctionnement de l'air-co le bon positionnement par rapport à la plage et aux petits commerces de bouche La personne qui gère le bien sur place fait du bon travail et est d'un contact agréable. Il convient d'avertir que l'accès à l'étage supérieur se fait par un escalier qui peut être problématique avec des jeunes enfants ou pour des personnes qui ont de légères difficultés ambulatoires.

Ich kann meinen unzähligen Vorrednern nur zustimmen: es ist alles genau wie in der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zum Beispiel drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen: Pads, Kapseln und Siebträger. Es gibt Austernöffner, Käsereiben von Tupperware, zig verschiedene gute Pfannen, einen Miele-Staubsauger, eine neue Bosch-Waschmaschine - es ist einfach alles da und alles sauber!! Und der Kontakt ist der freundlichste, den ich je hatte. Wir waren mit unseren 5 Kindern da und fühlten uns sehr wohl! Das Haus kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Tout était conforme à la description (très précise) de l’annonce. Propreté parfaite. La maison est très bien située pour la plage et le port. Les terrasses extérieures sont très agréables et la piscine chauffée un vrai plus! Équipements nombreux et de qualité. Nous y reviendrions sans hésiter!

The house is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the availability of bikes was an added bonus. The location is perfect- just a short walk to the beach, small supermarket and a wonderful boulangerie. The main evening activity is based around the harbour which is only a 15 minute stroll along the promenade. The market on Tuesday and Friday mornings has everything and is recommended for buying your fruit & veg. Philippe was quick to respond to messages and we would recommend this property.

En un mot, la description reflète complètement la réalité .Le propriétaire est très disponible .
