La Maison CAST'INN is a luxurious villa facing the sea. 150m from the beach and 1.5Km from the town center, the house will comfortably accommodate 3 couples and 6 children, close to numerous cultural and sporting attractions. We've thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable, - Swimming pool, sauna/hammam, barbecue, pool table - Services included: cleaning, welcome kit, towels, sheets, - Services on request: fireplace, breakfast delivery/arrival shopping/catering/biking...) We created Maison CAST'INN to meet the standards of a luxury hotel, but with a touch of uniqueness and intimacy that only a family home can provide. Contemporary in style and set overlooking Pen Guen beach, the house offers panoramic views of the sea, the 18-hole golf course just 900 meters away and Ebihiens island just opposite. You can enjoy this magnificent, ever-changing landscape from most rooms of the house, by the fire, in the heated outdoor pool (April 15 to October 16) and sauna. All four bedrooms (beds 160*200) and the dormitory (4 beds 90*190) have their own shower room or bathroom and dressing room. Phytomer soaps and creams are locally produced. The living room, measuring around 120m2, faces the sea and features a kitchen + scullery. An equipped office space is available upstairs The house is equipped with WIFI. It has a NETFLIX subscription and a WII. A separate building with a lounge allows you to enjoy the sauna and hammam. Wooden terraces on the east, south and west sides let you enjoy the sun at any time of day, thanks to two garden furniture sets. The house also features a gas barbecue and a laundry room. You have exclusive access to all the house's facilities, including the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by Evelyne and Jacques, a dynamic retired couple who will make sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. Don't hesitate to ask them for their best addresses... The accommodation is suitable for 12 people, including a maximum of 8 adults. A cot and high chair can be added free of charge. The house will not be rented beyond 8 adults. Family reunions may give rise to an additional household budget.

There is no gym in the house, the host did provide two yoga mats after we queried this point and there was an old and rusty exercise bike on one of the balconies which we chose not to use as it didn't look safe. There are showers/baths for each bedroom but no toilets in these rooms. There is one stand alone toilet on the upper floor and one on the lower floor, there is a third toilet in the outbuilding with the sauna and steam room. There is no Jacuzzi. There was no basics in the kitchen we did request salt and pepper and oil and milk and it was provided on the second morning. Most places we've stayed have provided Coffee and basics as a minimum on arrival. The location is wonderful, the decor and pool and BBQ all faultless it's just a real shame that the listing is not accurate it built our expectations up we were looking forward to the gym and jacuzzi and glad we weren't a large party with so few toilets.

Séjour habituel à Saint Cast avenue de Pen Guen 19

Maison top comme d'habitude. Manque de petites choses: verres à vins (reçus entre temps), bouchon d'évier de cuisine (reçu aussi) et chauffage piscine tombé en panne la dernière semaine et sans bcp d'aide des gérants mais à part ça tout était nickel. Juste deux trucs: 1. il y a un petit arbuste qui commence à prendre de la place dans la haie entre la piscine et la rue et obstrue la belle vue. Ce serait bien de le rabattre de 40-50 cm. 2. On n'est jamais arrivé à éteindre la lumière dans le sauna et le gérant non plus ...

DID NOT GO

We did not go even though we had paid for the holiday in full. Host did not provide any arrival instructions or how to enter the property. We chased him for these and he ignored our message. We were booked to travel on the overnight ferry to St Malo as a family group. Decided that we could not take the chance of doing this only to find we could not enter the premises. Despite a request for an explanation, the host has refused to give one. More than 4000 euros out of pocket and the host has not even apologised. "Premier Host", based on our experience we are amazed at this rating. We are long term VRBO customers and have never experienced anything like it before. Beware!

Great place for family get together

We really enjoyed our stay. Great property and amazing facilities, fantastic views of the sea. Clean and spacious - comfortable for 3 families. Would recommend. Could just do with a few guidelines to using sound system and sauna but this did not hamper our enjoyment. Friendly hosts, on call if needed.

A beautiful house in a superb location.

We spent two weeks at this amazing, modern, and beautifully positioned house on the edge of St Cast. The stunning view and fantastic heated pool were really appreciated by our large family which included 3 generations. This property has no shortage of outdoor seating areas from which to admire the beach and coastline. A short walk took us to the lovely, quiet beach of Pen Guen which was perfect for all ages to enjoy. Evelyn and Jacques looked after us well and were extremely understanding and helpful. Can we suggest a short written English guide to the property would be useful just to ensure key information is to hand – it would help bridge the language gap. The double bedrooms were all well-presented, most with magnificent sea views. We felt the 4 children’s beds (2 sets of bunk beds) were a little squashed into a small room, but it wasn’t a problem. (We weren’t surprised since at booking the owner had indicated this.) The bathroom and shower rooms were all excellent. The lack of toilets was never a major issue, just unusual in such a large house. Croissants, bread, and crepes delivered freshly each morning were something we all appreciated and looked forward to every morning.

Close to a wonderful beach

Most facilities were very good. However the term en-suite to a Brit includes a toilet. The was only 1 communal toilet upstairs to be used by a possible 12 people. There were 2 others, one outside across the garden and the other down stairs the other side of the house. The bread delivery every morning was a lovely surprise. The pool and views were excellent and only 5 mins walk from a really lovely i crowded beach which was ideal for everyone. There was only parking for 2 cars on the property. There were lots of pool towels available which was good.

La maison est magnifique.

Belle situation permettant sur 4 jours de faire la côte entre St Malo et Erquy. L intérieur contemporain est au top. Le petit déjeuner vue mer avec la livraison du PDJ est un vrai plus. Accès plage en 3 minutes à pied.

Séjour Wahou !

Une fois les interrupteurs et la domotique domptés, le séjour de rêve peut commencer ! La livraison du petit déj' au top ! Sauna/Hammam au top ! La vue au top ! La vue de la chambre Master à couper le souffle! La maison décorée avec goût et pratique (même à 11). Merci à Mr et Mme Legrand pour leur souplesse au départ et à l'arrivée. The ballin beach crib

The trip to the house was a long commute. I could feel a slight relieve upon arriving at the house. The exterior was matching the photos and we were greeted by a friendly madam Legrand and her good humored husband. The moment I set foot on the property I felt reinvigorated! The luxurious house was completed by the picture perfect view of the beach and see framed by big glass sliding doors. I pinched myself to confirm if this was a dream, the intense pain confirmed this was indeed real. Laughter and joy filled the living quarters as the kids discovered the pool outside. But wait it wasn’t just a pool, it was heated. Swimming in the heated pool in the cold fall weather, while enjoying the scenery is what a hard working family man needed. I caught myself closing my eyes and thinking, man I deserve this and damn right I do! Every morning a before we even wake up, fresh French bread and crêpes are delivered. Because, they care and man do We appreciate it! The yummy bread and crêpes goes right in our tummy, the French good life baby! I’m not going to lie, I already hope to return to this dreamscape beauty of a house and I JUST LEFT! So, if you are reading this.. YES BOOK THIS HOUSE! Make your kids and wife happy, be a man!

Superbe villa avec un panorama exceptionnel

Splendide villa moderne avec un point de vue exceptionnel sur la baie, un accueil très sympathique avec de bons conseils pour organiser votre séjour. Et le « must » c’est la corbeille de viennoiseries offerte chaque matin avec les crêpes maison ! Je reviendrai certainement dans cette superbe région et villa.

Problems with details.

We were confused about the address. Part of the problem was that the name of the street and the route number were the same. How would anyone know? We called the manager and she repeated the address. She sent her husband to look for us and he went to the end of the driveway that we could not find. We loved the heated pool, full kitchen, spectacular views, billiards, perfect gardens, handsome architecture. Directions for appliances would have been helpful. We had never seen a clothes dryer with a water compartment that needed to be emptied. Having fresh breads delivered each morning was a delightful treat. It was odd to have one toilet upstairs, but not a problem for our family.

Malgrès les informations pr le check in reçues tardivement nous avons été fort bien accueillis par Evelyne et Jacques ,très agréables !La communication avec Jean Philippe fut très cordiale et bienveillante.Merci à eux 3 :)! La propriété très bien équipée (Clim à envisager à l’étage peut être) avec une superbe vue et bien tenue ,nous a permis de passer des moments détente malgres la pluie qui ne nous a pas empêcher de visiter la région et ses jolies côtes ! Escapade de rêve dans un décor de folie

Escapade de quelques jours dans un décor de folie ! Une maison d’architecte à la décoration d’intérieur soignée , une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle , des baies vitrées de partout qui donne de la chambre une vue incroyable même de nuit sur un ciel étoilé ! Franchement. A refaire confort maximal avec le hamam et le sauna ... toute était parfait ! Également remerciement aux hôtes qui ont été adorables . Et le service de livraison de pains frais, crêpes bretonnes,viennoiseries et brioches chaque matin était un vrai plus ❤️
