In a quiet neighborhood, House of 63 m2,. The beaches and the center on foot.

The House is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, garden furniture, new equipment and furniture).

Possibility to rent by the night, Weekend and week. (Except summer period week only)

On the first floor: - A large bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200

Ground floor: - A living room (possibility double extra bed)
                  - Bedroom with bunk bed sleeps 2 90 x 200
                   + 1 drawer bed
                  - A fully-equipped kitchen
                  - A bathroom and toilet
Outside: - at the front, possibility to enter the car
                          - in the back, quiet courtyard without vis-à-vis for quiet barbecues + shelter (possibility of storing bikes, canoe or other equipment)

 - A deposit of 30% will be required for booking + a deposit of 200 € on arrival.
- The tourist tax is 0. 50 € / night / per person.
- The house is planned for 5 beds, a sofa bed is in the living room, 15 € / day per extra pers.

Possible options: - Household 40 €, ornaments 15 € / beds / per week.

Great holiday

Our second time staying in this comfortable house. It is equipped with everything you need in a holiday home. Good outdoor spaces. The owners are easy to contact and very friendly. St Cast is a lovely town for a relaxed holiday. I recommend the house. We hope to return.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Süßes kleines Häuschen in Gehweite von den Stränden und Geschäften. Tolle Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen in unmittelbarer Nähe (ein Paradies für unseren Hund). Sehr sauber. Der Wochenmarkt (freitags) ist direkt schräg gegenüber. Alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel, Alu-Frischhaltefolie, Backpapier, Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffee, Tee usw. wird gestellt. Liebevoll dekoriert. Sehr guter (schriftlicher) Kontakt mit den Vermietern, bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe über eine Schlüsselbox. Wir konnten früher als die angegebene check in Uhrzeit ins Haus. Als Gastgeschenk hatten wir eine Packung typisch bretonischer Cookies (Palets). Schöner, ruhiger Außenbereich mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill etc. Gutes WLAN, Filme streamen auf dem iPad war ohne Probleme möglich . Eigener Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück vor dem Haus (Gold wert ). Kleine Anmerkungen (ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau): der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte stärker sein, ein Smart-TV wäre schön. Ebenso Fliegengitter an den Türen, da es bei schönem Wetter viele Fliegen gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Zu Fuß in den Ort und zuden Stränden war kein Problem.Wir waren im Mai dort, da war es sehr ruhig und angenehm.Toller Urlaub.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sonnenplätze vor und hinter dem Haus. Von den Lokalen in unmittelbarer Nähe ist nur noch eins vorhanden. Zur Bucht und dem Lokal La Crique sind es zu Fuß aber nur ein paar Minuten. Der kleine Wochenmarkt freitags ist quasi vor dem Haus. Achtung: Handtücher waren in dem Bettwäsche Paket nicht enthalten, wurden auf Nachfrage aber sofort gebracht. Wir können das schöne Haus empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The house was lovely. It is really well equipped, clean and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is really restful - large and with lovely views to the sea and castle in the distance. Off street parking, the garage to keep bikes in and the outside spaces are good.

Fantastic property

We stayed 4 nights in this property. It is a perfect location for exploring the area. It is very well equipped and is beautifully finished. It is walking distance from the town center. (Bit of a steep walk but fine) The restaurants in the town are lovely. Overall an excellent property.

A lovely little Breton house.

The house was well equiped with everything we needed whilst on holiday. The terrace area was ideal and a pleasant place to sit in the sunshine. The wifi worked well at all times and the furniture was very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk into town and the port area. The bathroom is downstairs and the master bedroom is upstairs, which might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Otherwise, the house is perfect for a break at St Cast.
