Browse the valleys of the Mayenne and discover the cottage La Petite Vallée in a rural setting. Everything contributes to rest and the pleasure of the senses!
The 113m² gîte, with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom/shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, has been completely restored, facing south, independent, not overlooked.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room 52 m² with fireplace (wood stove), flat screen TV - 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) - bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer) - independent toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) - 1 bathroom - separate wc.
Baby equipment on request.
Children can enjoy the porch in the garden and games available in the cottage.
Wifi, very good network ideal for teleworking with Fiber and television. Parking, south-facing terrace, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, wooded and landscaped grounds.
Path to the Mayenne river with the possibility of river fishing (card required). Hiking trails (GR22 C) and farmyard animals, goats and ponies nearby.
1 hour from Le Mans.
Shops: Pré en Paille 7km - La Ferté-Macé: leisure center - Bagnoles de l'Orne, 20km: casino, spa...golf. Sheets included and beds made on arrival.
Electric heating on meter reading (to be paid to the owner)
Wood: 60€ / Stère (to be paid to the owner)
Options: towels €5/person - cleaning €60/stay from 1 to 14 nights (compulsory for professionals).

Wonderful cottage in a tranquil and picturesque location surrounded by open countryside and magnificent views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage and had a great time touring around Pays de la Loire and Normandie. The owners of the cottage should rightly be very proud of the accommodation provided and we hope to be able to return again in the not too distant future. Simply excellent!

The most fabulous gite location and owners Didier & Nicole , just superb in every way we will be going back regularly .Beautiful old cottage in superb condition inside and out , every possible thing you need for a stay it has . And that location .. on its own on top of a hill overlooking a wooded valley sound but the wind in the trees and birdsong ( and combines as it was harvest time ). Perfect .The owners are so friendly & helpful and rightly proud of the superb gite they own - I would be too! And a shared passion for old cars - thanks Didier A almost new Super U is 10 mins drive away through country lanes which is really convenient. All in all a beautiful place to stay and area ,we love it .

Holiday Cottage, St.Calais du Desert, France. This is a first class, excellently restored property.

Superb! From the warm welcome from Nicole on arrival we all had the most wonderful time. The property is spacious, very well equipped, comfortable & clean. Beds & bedding in good condition. The garden is beautiful & has plenty of seating plus table & chairs for outside dining. The position is rural but not isolated. The best we've stayed in! Highly recommend!

Très bon week-end découverte de ce joli coin, jusqu'à lors méconnu. En vélo, à pied, en voiture La maison est magnifique, très confortable et bien située (belle vue sur la campagne environnante, très joli jardin, chemins de randonnée au départ du gîte, ...)
