"Well we were woken up at 3 AM by a malfunctioning smoke alarm that maintenance could not turn off. after 20 minutes of us waiting in the lobby the front desk lady gave us a new room and extended our checkout as we had to move rooms in the middle of the night the new room was on the 7 th floor the malfunction happened on the 4 th floor the new room was nicer than the first room. The front desk lady was super at trying to accommodate us due to the incident."

"We booked based on reviews and realized THAT was a mistake. First & foremost-the staff was very nice, as all Minnesotans are. That was the good; now the realistic.The property is OLD and rundown. The carpeting is worn and dirty and I don't really want to think about the dirt in there ( bring slippers or socks to wear and burn them directly after the visit). "During the day, the outside is filled with tweakers and all kinds of people that shouldn't be hanging around. There are abandoned cars in the parking lot with trash in them. I wouldn't recommend staying there. It's run down and very trashy."
