"I asked if we could come earlier and they said it’s was not possible due to the cleaning. We arrived and the place was not cleaned at all! Sheets dirty, a broken fan, floors and windows gross! It took a hour to get a response from the company that manages the house (Chaletô), which did not call me ..."
