We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Alban, this charming house entirely renovated in 2021 with swimming pool, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The house is located in St Alban on the axis Erquy/Cap Fréhel, very frequented in summer. It is at equal distance from the towns of Pléneuf-Val André and Saint Alban.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 40 m² living room with TV (Netflix), sofas, coffee table and dining area for 8 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room.
- Separate toilet.
- In the garage : washing machine and storage space.
On the first floor:
- On the landing an office space.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (heated) of 4×9 m, 1m50 deep and open from April to October (opening dates not contractual). Possible opening in winter on request (November to the end of March) with a supplement for the heating of the pool: 150 € for short stays up to 6 days. Beyond that: 25 € / extra day. The pool is protected by a shelter and can therefore be closed. To secure it, it has an electric shutter.
The pool area will be shared with the residents of the second house rented on the other part of the land, depending on occupancy.
- A beautiful garden of 2,000 m² facing South-West.
- A south facing terrace of 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

Green Lodge accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency of Val André - Erquy - Frehel and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby (3 km) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

2025 works: the house is now fully enclosed on the street side, with a full-height gate for added comfort and security.

Activities :
- Tourist sites : the Cap d'Erquy, the Cap Fréhel, boat to go to the Ile de Bréhat...
- Sporting activities : You can take advantage of the proximity of the coast to practice numerous nautical activities, various golf courses and horse riding centres in the vicinity, hiking along the GR 34...
- Cultural visits: the castle of Bienassis offering various courses and sound and light shows in summer.
- Relaxation: Casino, thalassotherapy....
- Gastronomic heritage: Bouchot mussels, Breton arton, scallops from the Bay of Saint-Brieuc...
- Events : Open de Bretagne golf, Route du Rhum, Jumping d'Erquy...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage or you can park 3 vehicles in the property.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe train station located 17 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located approximately 44 minutes away by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Please note that we are delighted to welcome pets, however, for neighborly reasons, the number, size and relative noise must be announced at the time of booking.
- Possibility to heat the swimming pool outside April to October: on estimate and on D-15 minimum. Request and payment to the service provider on site.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
