"The pool was closed and that was the main reason that we went. The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean "

"We used a pet friendly filter and neither Orbitz or the hotel mentioned there was a $25 pet fee. It should have been added on the price when we booked! Our good bargain wasn’t a good bargain after all. 😠"
