Very awesome property! All of my families needs were accommodated & we had a blast for my daughter’s 15th bday . In fact we agreed on booking again before the summer ends. I totally recommend this one and i guarantee you wont be disappointed!

House was as described. Very clean and in good condition. The pool and pool table were nice, although some of the other entertaiment items have seen better days.Some good toys that the little one enjoyed.Communication before our arrival was pretty poor.

Amazing and super relaxing

This place was perfect and everything we needed for our family tip to Sacramento. So many amenities for everyone to enjoy.loved the fresh oranges from the garden area.Host was nice and very welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again. I will be looking for the same place as my #1choice

Thanksgiving

The house had everything you could need, all the activities were fabulous. No one got bored. The best place we’ve ever stayed and we do a lot of VRBO’s. Charles was a wonderful host. There was no lack of TV’s, board and card games, pool, ping pong, air hockey, pinball (my favorite), hot tub, heated pool, guest house was amazing, having a second oven made cooking dinner hassle free. Plenty of towels and misc items you don’t think about that you need. Even a charging station for electronics, record player too! The little details like plenty of garbage bags, seriously I always have to pack those and Charles had plenty. Could maybe use a patio heater as it did get pretty cold outside for the games. I recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed.

Citrus Heights House

Nice property w/ plenty of good food, things to do nearby. The small cottage in the back was perfect for the adults while the kids had lots of room in the main house. Pool, hot tub, ping pong table all fun, & the game room was a huge hit! Property owner easily accessible & readily available if any issues. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect the house is very spacious and eventful. The host is amazing their communication skills are excellent, very friendly! Definitely recommend this place!

Lots of Amenities!

We really like the house and the many different things to do it had. So many activities and games and the pool was also wonderful. However we were not too happy with the cleaning that was done. I don’t think it was vacuumed and the floors were dirty. We don’t wear shoes in houses and so our feet were really dirty and our baby is a crawler so that was a bit disappointing. Owner was super easy to communicate with and he was very kind. I would definitely stay here again if they could maybe get a better cleaning crew.

Perfect place for our family gathering!

This place is perfect for groups with people in all age ranges! My entire group was entertained the entire day between the swimming, pool, and all of the games available on the property. There are even toys in one of the rooms for the little ones I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed the property and I got nothing but compliments on what a wonderful time everybody had, it was money well spent there’s also plenty of sleeping space for everyone and having the separate casita was a huge bonus with the Extra Kitchen. Although it’s right next to a busy intersection, the place is pretty well insulated. The kitchen was well stocked.

Worth the price if you stay with a large group.

This location had plenty to do -- a hot tub, putting green, corn hole, ping pong table, billards room, pool, darts and more -- but the per night cost is steep. It will be worth the price if you split it among a group of friends (8-10 people).

Great Property!

This property was excellent and perfect for our group. We loved all of the things there was to do. Communication with Charles was great and he responded quickly to any needs or questions I had. I will definitely stay again.
