Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed, panoramic ocean views from this Saco Bay beachhome. Just steps to the ocean and 7 miles of white sandy beach! Relax in open concept living with a stunning new kitchen, living room with a cozy stone fireplace, and spacious dining area-all with unobstructed views, in the oceanfront great room!

There are 2 ways to get to the beach from the house. There is an access to the right of the house at the intersection of Surf St and Eagle Ave - a short 3 min. walk on a paved street. There is also access to the left at the intersection of Surf St and Sylvan Ave - a short 2 min. walk on a sandy path.

We had such a wonderful stay! Great for a large group of friends. Made do with the parking available and used free parking down the street. Absolutely beautiful spot to watch the sunrise and sunset from both inside and outside the house. Hosts were super helpful with communication and answering questions!

Belles vacances

Nous avons adoré notre semaine. Nous avons créé de si beaux souvenirs ensemble dans cette belle maison sur le bord de l'eau. La vue et la maison etait exceptionnelle. Nous allons réservé à nouveau cest certain.

Great Family Beach zHouse

Nice house on Ferry Beach. Great views. Good size yard although we didn’t get to use it during our stay in December. Plenty of cookware and utensils to accommodate our large group. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location

The property is lovely. The location is perfect, as the ocean views are simply fantastic, but it was right in the middle of the places we tend to visit. If anything, the pictures do not do it justice. Waking up to the sunrise via a wall of windows was great. Highly recommend.

The house was as describe. The sunrises are wonderful. Kitchen could use more dishes( cups for sure) I wouldn’t recommend using basement to sleep. It was very musty. Master bathroom shower needs mildew removed The half bathroom had an odd smell. Had to move a few kitchen appliances due to circuit breaker had to be reset Recommend labeling the breakers better. Plus add where it is. The beds were very comfortable.

Great stay at Surf Spry

House was great and well equipped. Beaches not crowded. There is no outdoor shower as listed and outdoor umbrella for shade was broken. We had a great time! Thank you!

A Truely Beautiful Spot

Is there such a thing as "TOO quiet"? So peaceful. There were days we literally had the beach to ourselves. House and views were beautiful. Open floor plan. Very clean. Plenty of room. Never at once felt crowded They really provide everything! Hot tub very nice addition. Would definitely stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place by the ocean

Very large spacious house. Well set up and a good place to hang out with a bunch of people with ready access to the beach. Only things missing are a few more trash baskets, perhaps a bit more instructions in a book--took me some minutes to figure out how to turn the lights on and off in kitchen and living room. But these are minor bugs. Basically the place lived up to our expectations--which were high!

Beautiful house right next to beach

The house has beautiful views of the ocean, and is a one minute walk to the beach. The house was extremely well furnished for all of our needs, including extensive kitchen equipment and soaps for dishwasher and laundry; hand soaps in all the bathrooms. The house is located in the association of Ferry Beach, which had its plusses and minuses (plus: ice cream store and playground; minus, restrictive beach.) Overall an excellent place to spend a week at the beach!

Beautiful Beachfront home in quaint town

We had a wonderful week of vacation in this beautiful home. Stunning beach views and access. Very clean and well appointed. New kitchen stocked with everything you need. Perfect for families. Fenced in yard with new hot tub. Comfy beds. Beach towels, chairs & umbrella provided. Loved sitting on the patio reading and listening to the ocean. Great neighborhood with general store & lobster retailer within walking distance. Twenty minute drive to Kennebunkport. Five minute drive to Old Orchard Beach boardwalk with carnival rides and shopping. Highly recommend!

Belle maison lumineuse

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Grande maison avec espace commun spacieux, proche de plusieurs activités; randos, plages, visite de Portland. Allez voir Tom pour votre homard, (pêcheur de 7e génération) à 15 min à pied de la maison (Tom’s lobster près de Ferry’s Beach).

Beachfront Bliss!

The accommodations were fabulous. The entire house was very clean. There were plenty of beds for everyone and there were lots of linens and towels. The ocean views were spectacular!! We will be back.
