"Pros:
Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.
Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either.

Here now & checked in for the first date night we’ve had in a while & it’s ridiculous. If you’re not already a priority member then go somewhere else. We won’t be back. It’s our first date night in a while so the casino seemed like a nice all in one idea. We waited 45 minutes in line for the buffet to finally walk away & go to quick service since we aren’t priority so they kept taking the priority line. Literally 17 people/families...

"Es un buen hotel para hospedarse, tiene lo necesario. Lo que más destaco es el personal, muy amables todos. Es un súper plus que incluyan el desayuno en la estadía, y está rico. "Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. "We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
