"Room was perfekt, clean and comfy. Wellness area also a 10/10 but dinner was to not as good as expected and not ok for the money we payed , Last night we skipped the dinner and grapped a pizza down the road instead. We will not return as its was just to pricey for delived service and quallity and varity of the good."

"Wonderful stay "

"Town was walkable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a locker room outside for ski and snowboard equipment to dry and everything. Building is well maintained. The spa, pool and steam room are very nice and needed after snowboarding. The gym is minimalistic but does exist. The restaurant however refused to serve me. Said they were full but there was only one table full of people. More then half of the tables and chairs were empty but was still refused service."

"This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks."

"The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main station. It’s clean, offers minimal amenities, and has a great breakfast. Unfortunately, my stay ended on a very negative note. On my last night, I was locked out of my room after reception had closed. There was no visible emergency contact at the front desk, and if one exists, it certainly wasn’t made clear. "We were surprised to see that we had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room on the 3rd floor! The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. I messaged the hotel for a pickup at the train station and that worked perfectly to help us get our bags to the hotel."

"Alpenblick is a priceless gem at the foot of the Matterhorn! The hotel and grounds are beautiful! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and the food delicious. It was very peaceful and relaxing during our stay and the best part of our vacation!"
