"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid."

"Balcony View of Matterhorn - Could not beat waking up to this. All Hotel facilities were great, room - breakfast - ski room And staff were helpful from the time we booked to when we checked out - Could not recommended this place more "

"Hotel was further away from the train station then we had thought but that being said the area they are situated was quietier and the Matterhorn views were amazing. We were lucky enough to have a few sunny warm days that made exploring the area even more amazing. The staff was so helpful and the hotel provided all the creature comforts that other hotels have forgotten. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel with an astonishing view to the Matterhorn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast and quick access to the snow lift to go skiing (1 min walk). I just recommend to use the taxi service they suggest; we didn’t read that part and took a random taxi at the train station at our arrival , it charged us double the price. "
