"The property was once great, but is looking tired. The Westin is famous for their comfy beds, and ours was creaky, the coverlet looked worn, and the pillows were not soft. The coffee machine was broken as well. Not sure what’s up, but I’ll pass next time."

It smelled of cigarette and animal pee the towels had hair inside them. The toilet water ran continuously all night there was no AC and I could not sleep worried about bedbugs."
