"we had a great stay at lake side nikko! the lady at the front was incredibly sweet and accommodating :) the room was spacious and came with all necessities. if you have heavy luggage be ready for a workout since there are no elevators. otherwise great service and comfortable stay! 10/10"

The property offers free transfers from the station, but only hourly and just a few times a day - I would not consider this a negative though given the hotel is affordable and taxi rides are cheap. "Staff were friendly, helpful. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working, so we just off it. Two good things about this hotel is the location. It’s situated very near the train station and has a large supermarket within walking distance. The nearest laundromat was about 5 mins walk from the hotel (which wasn’t ideal when it was rainy season) The bed wasn’t too comfortable and the pillow was way too soft. It was hard to bathe in the toilet as well since the water pressure was not that...
