"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. "Tewinbury Farm Hotel is an incredible spot. From the grounds, food & drink and room options. We booked a woodland hut for 2 nights. It had more than we expected (air con, ironing board, decent size fridge, hob, toaster etc) was clean and lots of little touches which made it lovely. The bed was full size and lush bedding - we would book again! Had pizza and beer in the courtyard Friday night, which despite how busy it was, was great. They have weddings and events on, but you wouldn’t know it....

"We asked hotel to confirm we could have a parking space, they confirmed by email but neglected to mention it would cost £15. Check on was great, friendly person and helpful. Room was nice but metal clothes rack by bed didn’t leave much room and I bashed my knee on drawer knob. "A bit surreal, the place was devoid of staff, night or day! The room was clean but tiny and very sparse of comfort, which is OK for one night but does not match the price. Also the name Airport Lodge is deceptive, it is 10' ride by taxi and that was 16 pounds. The following day i tried the local bus but it came 45´ late. At least, it was only 2 pounds. "
