"Eco-frendly hotel. Room key door knob sign were made of wood. They provided the hotel surrounding map, which was very interesting and helpful. Breakfast was not order to cook but buffet style which actually we prefered."

"The room was very clean. We ate there which was good food. The breakfast we went down late and a lot had ran out -juice yoghurt etc but the English hot food was good. We paid a very good rate and value for money was excellent "

"Easy to find in an ideal location off the M25 near the M11 junction. Excellent parking, very clean room and bathroom (with bath). Staff could not have been more welcoming even though they might well have preferred to be somewhere else over Christmas. Dinner on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas morning were first rate"

"All the staff we interacted with were brilliant. Front desk, bar and restaurant, and the spa. Could not have been friendlier, or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. But Zara on front desk was exceptional. She made us so welcome, and on discovering details about our reservation were not on their record, organised a card and gifts to make our celebration that much more special.
