"Check-in was fine, but the leisure facilities were a letdown. The pool was cold, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the steam room was out of order. Lockers were unreliable and needed a £1 coin, which is odd for a card-only facility. The saunas are segregated and located in the changing rooms, which isn’t ideal for a couples stay. "What a surprising airport hotel. I did not expect it. The room was very spacious. Surprisingly big really. The bathroom was rather contemporary and clean. Room was quiet. The shuttle to the airport goes around the clock (or at least when I needed it for a small fee). I won definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. "

"Staff were excellent. Breakfast lovely. Amazing land. Room warm and if you are in a room 200 plus it’s a lot of stairs with a suitcase."

"Only two reasons for not getting 5 stars; no plug sockets by the bed… why? Had to charge my phone across the room. They had USB sockets but not all devises use USB! The second reason is the shuttle is £4 each way… I think that’s too much. Apart from these things though, great hotel. It’s clean and modern. The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff friendly and helpful. "
