Spacious & Modern 3-Bed Caravan with Parking – Sleeps 8
Enjoy a relaxing stay in this light, modern 3-bedroom caravan, perfectly located in a peaceful area of the Park. With its own private parking space right outside, convenience meets comfort in this well-equipped holiday home.
The caravan comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests — featuring a master double bedroom, two twin rooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge. Ideal for families or groups looking to unwind near the coast.

Please note that Parkdean Resorts Camber Sands will not allow commercial vehicles, sign written vehicles or trailers on the site.

All bookings include linen and towels dressed onto the beds plus a cleaning pack.
PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.
Important Information
*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 72 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
Lead booker must be at least 25 years old.
Any bookings with all adults must contact us in advance to be approved due to the property being on a family holiday park.
