One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed.
One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed. We booked this last minute as our flight to Morocco was cancelled. We were over the moon when we arrived. Stunning views, it’s quiet and serene! We switched off for our long weekend. The lodge has everything you need and is super spacious. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub which was perfect on the autumn evenings. We’re hoping to return soon!

Me and my partner visited in early December managing to book the only weekend when wales was hit by a storm (do not advise! getting out the car to move trees and branches not fun in cold wet and windy conditions) but the pod was very warm. View is very lovely to look at in the morning and the hot tub offers excellent star gazing at night. The pod is obviously small and even though it is well equipped it does lack some home comforts like a freezer and cooker which I wish I’d looked at closer before buying food on the way. That being said once the meals were decided with the pod doesn’t lack much in the way of making the most of what you have. All in all excellent stay and hopefully will be back (Advise for anyone going in any rainy months with heavy rain a lot of the roads and surrounding single track roads flood)

Amazing little pod and a fantastic base for days out around Wales.
Amazing little pod and a fantastic base for days out around Wales. We loved being remote enough to feel like weve escaped the chaos but easy enough to pop in the car and be ready for a day out. We travelled on average 1.5hours to get to main days out (Llandudno etc) but this suited us. Pod was perfect for a family break. The addition of the bunk bed bedroom was perfect for our two little ones. The hot tub was an amazing extra and a needed luxury after a day out. Pod had everything we needed and we will definitely be back. We have only been home for one night and my daughter asked are we going to our holiday home today? :)
