**DESIGNED BY DEAN THOMAS DESIGN, THIS AWARD-WINNING HOME WAS VOTED #7 ON VRBO'S 2024 VACATION RENTALS OF THE YEAR!**
Your dream vacation awaits you at this newly constructed executive vacation home sitting on Barachois Beach. This stunning modern farm house was constructed with precise detail from floor to ceiling with luxurious materials. The open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sandy dunes of the quiet beach. Each bedroom has an incredible ocean view through the large windows. The Barachois Beach House sleeps 10-14 guests in 3900 sq ft over 2 levels (plus basement), has A/C throughout, and an indoor basketball court & workout equipment in the garage. There are 5 bedrooms, plus 2 other rooms that feature queen sleeper sofas.


When you walk in the front door, you will be taken back by the amazing view, the oak engineered flooring, and the tall ceilings. The main level features the gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped, the dining area, and the great room which has 24 ft ceilings, a propane fireplace, and a unique circle couch. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living by opening the sliding glass doors that lead you to the large deck with comfortable furniture, and the barbeque. Also on the main level is a second sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa, a powder room, and the first bedroom which has its own full bathroom.

Upstairs is where you will find the gorgeous open concept master suite that features a king size bed, soaker tub, a large walk in shower, and of course the most breath taking view. Other features that makes this bedroom special is the heated bathroom floor, and the walk in closet. Down the hall from the master there are two additional guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the office space which will make working while on vacation enjoyable. Imagine doing your work in the large office space which has the desk overlooking the picturesque view through a unique window. The office also features a queen sleeper sofa and its own full bathroom. Conveniently, the laundry room is found on the second level and features 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Finally, in the basement you will find the fifth bedroom, a powder room, and the large family room that has a large sectional, a projector theatre system to watch Netflix, and a ping pong table for some competitive fun!

This home is completely child friendly as it features baby gates at the top and bottom of both staircases, a crib that can be set up upon request, and a childproof lock system on the lower kitchen cabinets.

North Shore PEI at its best.

I am an Islander Living in Moncton New Brunswick. Grew up in North Granville on the Trout River PEIHave never heard of Anglo Rustico, but now that we have been there, we will be back. The location, layout, quality of workmanship, choice of fixtures, and decorations, pure comfort make this property exceptional. We were 12 to 14 guests that enjoyed the outdoor space, the short walk to the beach and beautiful views of the Sand dunes and Gulf of st. LawrenceCannot say enough about this place We will be back.

Simply Amazing!!

The design of the house was incredible and the views were stunning. The house was very clean, the online listing was accurate and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time at the house cooking, watching moves, playing basketball and relaxing. It was fun driving around the countryside. We will be back in the future!!

Amazing Week!

Our whole group absolutely loved the place. It was right next to the ocean and the yard was perfect to play games outside. The basketball court was also a big highlight!

Fabulous Family Retreat

First time home in over 5 years so we had family come in from near and wide. It was the perfect spot for our family and our 5 young children. Easy walk to the beach and fabulous frontage to just play. The indoor/outdoor feel kept us connected. The outdoor shower and multiple play options made things easy. All in all a fabulous stay.

Spectacular home and property

We were 4 couples and had an amazing week, this is a special home on a spectacular property. Extremely comfortable home for the 8 of us and we enjoyed the location, kitchen for cooking and many entertainment options for socializing after our golf games! Highly recommend this property for families or groups.

Relaxing Vacation spot

Beautiful tranquil spot, lots of room for families to retire to their own corners with own bathrooms. Got kind of loud with the noise of a few little kids in the big echoey space. The toys, trikes, basketball court were enjoyed. Spiders on the deck and flies inside were annoying although we made great efforts to close the sliding doors each time. It's that time of year I guess. Generous towels and kitchen supplies. There were many nice touches and add ons that contributed to an enjoyable stay.

Amazing week at the beach!

Outstanding property for a large group. TeenAgers loved the basketball net. All of us loved the openness and sitting on the beautiful deck. Finishes in house are stunning. We had one issue we needed help with So called the number on the listing, within 10 minutes the nicest gentlemen came and resolved it for us. Overall this is an excellent rental! We’ll be back for sure:

Big House in Anglo Rustico

It is a beautiful property. It is well designed and had ample space for 14 people. 8 adults and 2 teens and 4 children fit in well. Large cooking area, large entertaining space, well laid out for both. Higher end appliances, the whole family needs to get a new toaster after using the toaster in the house. There is a fine sand beach about a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Just over the road in front of the house and then a walk down to the beach. Beautiful beach, nice sand, great for the kids. Lots of space downstairs for the kids to play. Comes fully stocked with toys and games too. One of the doors sticks by the grill, but that was our biggest complaint. Beautiful property, beautiful view. Lovely vacation.

Family holiday

A few comments: This is not a beachfront property! It is a beachview property. We didn’t mind the 7 to 10minute walk to the beach but it was not as advertised! It would have been nice to have a welcome package including salt/pepper, coffee for first morning, olive oil and basic spices, sugar, Kleenex, shampoo and bath soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods for our 9 night stay?? We needed more than 8 chairs at the table! Throws or extra blankets would have been nice. It was too cold to sit downstairs to watch tv. There was no empty space in the kitchen for food storage. Some kind of window shades would have been nice for the sleeping areas like the study where our 6 year old woke every morning with the sunrise! Hello I’m up!!! The laundry room was very well equipped. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Toys for children were great! Outside seating was wonderful and the BBQ worked beautifully! All in all it was a wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful home in a wonderful spot in a wonderful province

A truly amazing modern dwelling with many extras. The home could not be closer to a beautiful, almost deserted, beach where one can stroll for hours. The property location is perfect as well, being just short drives from Charlottetown, grocery stores, boutiques, and restaurants.
