Te_Manaaki Cottage - A private and quiet Russell villa for two.

Te Manaaki Villa is situated in the historic town of Russell with stunning views of the bay. It is an attractively appointed sunny and spacious unit set in its own grounds with a private driveway entrance, sundeck and BBQ area. Russell's waterfront, ferry wharf, shops, cafes and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. There is a hair dryer in the en-suite bathroom for guest use.

The villa is ideal for a couple's quiet holiday. Whilst it is set up with a kingsize bed, couples with a baby are welcome. A portacot is available on request along with a baby bath.

There are facilities for small scale self-catering, an electric fry pan, and electric sandwich maker, but for those who prefer to eat out, cafes and restaurants are a short walk away.

Explore all that the Bay of Islands has to offer, watch SKY TV, access the complimentary Wifi, or just sit and soak up the view.

The historic Christ Church is nearby making the villa an ideal accommodation for wedding party members or guests.

Our stay was great. Russell is beautiful and we got to look out over the harbour from the deck. It’s an easy 2 minute walk down the hill to the town and we loved the house. Huge bed, good facilities and very clean and tidy. Recommend.

Large studio with separate bathroom. Two decks. Clean. Everything you need. Comfy, airy, great views. Nice lawn. Wekas for neighbours. We loved it.

Absolutely wonderful staying here! The view out to the bay is sublime and we really could have sat and watched the water all day, but we also asked Leslie for some recommendations for food in and around town, and everything was delicious! The house was perfect for our needs, and we even grilled up some lamb one night. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to land in the Bay of Isles.

This bach is a little gem. Check in and check out was very smooth, the place was clean, the view fantastic and it's only a short walk to the beach front of Russell.

The bach is in a great location and features an amazing view of the water. A quick walk down to the shops, supermarket and water. The property was very clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. It has airconditioning for the hot months and extra blankets for the cold.

This is an excellent place to go to as a couple for time out. A highlight is to sit on the deck with a glass of something cold, while enjoying the views over the harbour with the coming and going of ferries and small boats. Location is also excellent, being close to the township and long beach. we recommend this batch highly.

Thank you Lesley for your lovely welcome, help and advice (Lesley will always check if you are OK if she meets you in the local pub!!). What a wonderful place. Everything is to an extremely high standard. Very comfortable, lots of little extras and the view and the location is so romantic. We stayed for a few nights in the winter and just did not want to leave this cosy Villa. However, as everything is so nearby, we obviously did, but it was such a lovely place to come home to. To the next visitors..... Enjoy!

We had such a lovely week in Russell. We loved being up on the hillside with view out over the harbor. It was such a great location to walk down to town or up and over the hill to Long Beach. We enjoyed the cottage itself too. Really a gem.
