We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home (for up to 12 people) with a stunning mountain view—quiet yet conveniently located near the city center. Perfect for families (including multigenerational groups) as well as large groups (e.g., sports teams). You can look forward to a brand-new, high-end kitchen with direct access to the beautiful sun terrace. A spacious living and dining area, furnished with great attention to detail in an alpine/modern style (also with direct access to the terrace), invites you to relax and enjoy your feel-good vacation with us. With a total area of approximately 200 square meters and 6 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the vacation home is generously laid out and offers our guests plenty of space—so you can socialize or retreat to your own space, whichever you prefer. Arrive and feel at home: Our vacation home features 6 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; it’s very centrally located yet absolutely quiet, with views of the beautiful surrounding mountains. You can reach all major amenities (train station, restaurants, supermarket, cafés, the “Vita Alpina” indoor pool with sauna area, and much more) within a few minutes’ walk, and you can start your hiking, biking, or cross-country skiing trips right from the house. In addition, you’ll find private parking spaces right next to the house. You can also store bicycles or skis in a locked area. Look forward to our new, bright living/dining room with a TV and a cozy couch area, as well as our spacious, sunny terrace in the summer. Your benefit: We are a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transportation, such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. This way, you can experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offerings. You can reach all major amenities (train station, playground, ice rink, restaurants, supermarket, cafés, the “Vita Alpina” indoor pool with sauna area, mini-golf, and much more) within a few minutes’ walk, and you can start your hiking, biking, or cross-country skiing tours right from the house. In addition, you’ll find private, free parking spaces right next to the house. You can also store bicycles or skis in a locked area.
Our 6 cozy and comfortably furnished bedrooms all feature satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony. A note regarding the maximum occupancy of 16 people: the property can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults (in 6 double beds) and 4 toddlers up to 3 years old (in travel cribs).
You can also look forward to our renovated, cozy, and spacious living/dining room with a large flat-screen TV and a cozy couch area. In the summer, you’re of course welcome to spend time on our stunning panoramic terrace from early morning until late in the evening. Last but not least, the completely new and high-quality kitchen—which also features direct access to the terrace—invites you to enjoy social gatherings and shared culinary experiences.
