Spacious and friendly, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and consists of four bedrooms spread over two levels:
On the first floor:

Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if needed
- a shower room and a powder room
- for a baby, a travel cot, a baby bath and a changing mattress
The heart of the house is a large fully equipped kitchen equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave) with a table that can accommodate 8 people, open to a spacious and bright living room, perfect for sharing good times.

Outdoor & garden:
The house has an enclosed garden, ideal for children and to enjoy the sunny days.
Two terraces with outdoor tables will allow you to enjoy your meals al fresco around the plancha.
The garden also allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors park 2 to 3 cars, with other free spaces available on the street.

The house is about a 15-minute walk from Royan beach, a beach particularly suitable for families: sunbeds and cabins available for rent, children's clubs and many summer activities.
