There a nice room with a fireplace to gather, a larger room with a TV and seating and a pool is being built for future use. Convenient to several breweries -Tap Root is a 4 min. drive. 10 min to Newport downtown. Grocery store, Walgreens and a few quick bite options all within a few minutes."
