"Je recommande cette résidence pour les raisons principales suivantes : personnel accueillant, emplacement au pied de la cité, parking fermé sous l'accueil (en option) donc sécurisé et à l'ombre, espace commun entre les bâtiments très agréables avec de la verdure et des tables, une double porte dans la chambre qui permet de s'isoler du bruit éventuel dans le couloir, le fait que la chambre soit spacieuse (avec kitchenette et table)."

"A lovely, cosy little oasis hidden in the back streets of the town, but just a 5 min walk to the heart of Bastide Saint Louis, and only 20 mins walk to the medieval Cite. Rooms nicely decorated, apartment very clean and well kept, kitchen well supplied, and with an excellent shower! Two supermarkets within 5 mins walk too, which we found very helpful. Recommended."

"As other guest say the balcony is wonderful, and really enhances the space, which is quite tranquil. But also the location is very special. 10 minutes walk from the railway station, and six days a week within 5 Minutes walk from old town restaurants and shops. It is in a residential street to expect normal noise from other residents. Overall excellent. "

"Beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped spacious apartment in a perfect location between the Cité and Bastide — cafés and restaurants just steps away. Yes, it’s a little dark and one bedroom faces the street, which does mean you can hear some traffic noise, but those are small trade‑offs for the charm, comfort, free parking, and very friendly host. "

"Gite was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Lovely area around the property with Canal Du Midi just a few steps from the house. The Olive Tree overlooks garden so is very peaceful and quiet. Swimming pool was superb and the owners took great care keeping it clean and inviting. I would not hesitate in recommending this gite."

"Nous avons passé un formidable grand week-end entre amis au Domaine de Pouroutounat, et nous le recommandons vivement ! Nous étions un groupe nombreux avec des enfants en bas âge (5 à 3 ans), et tout s'est déroulé à merveille.L'accueil de Jon et Vicky a été particulièrement chaleureux et ils se sont montrés très serviables tout au long de notre séjour. "Great welcome from Sandra and Fred who gave us access to property 2.5 hours before check in time. They were friendly , helpful and generous throughout our stay. (Do try The food especially Fred’s signature apple cake.) Apartment comfortable and great for a few days rest half way through out our around France. The 48 steps to the flat plus 18 to the bedrooms will keep you fit! Enjoyed Carcassone and La Cite. A great stay!"
