Little Angel 2, beautiful Norman apartment on the Place du Vieux Marché, at the foot of the Jeanne D'arc church.
It is located in a small quiet courtyard close to all shops, restaurants and cafes that can be found in old Rouen.
10 mins walk from the train station, 5 mins by metro or taxi.
Vélib station available.
Old Market Parking.
With an area of 40 m2, it has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort.
Ideal for couple, solo or business traveler and small family.

We particularly wanted to take care of the romantic style decoration, the quality of furniture and equipment in this typically Norman apartment, so that our travelers feel like in a cocoon.

Coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil are provided.
A bottle of water per traveler in the fridge 😊

2 pastry bakeries including a Best Worker of France 🇫🇷, are located next door and will provide you with good bread and excellent pastries 😉

2 mini markets (closed 9:00 pm) and 1 covered market, the Marché des Halles, including a fruit and vegetables, a fishmonger and its famous oyster bar, a cheese maker, a pork butcher and many others ... are also close !

I am at your disposal and I will do my best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Living next door, if I'm there, I would welcome you personally with pleasure. Otherwise the apartment is equipped with a key box at the entrance and with my instructions by phone or message, you can access it alone.

The accommodation is completely independent, located on the 1st floor of a typical Norman building of 3 floors, 3 apartments. The building is in a beautiful flowered courtyard, secure, available for you and quiet.

Although we had booked and had a reservation number they had no record of our reservation. The communication was poor and they were hard to get a hold of. We never stayed there and had to find another option. Very discouraging. Would not recommend and now I have to determine if we were charged.

It was okay

First the pros: good location, easy to walk to the cathedral and other sights and loads of restaurants near by. Now the cons: We had trouble receiving information about both checking and and checking out. I had to contact the management company to get check in information but did not receive it until almost check in time. That is a worry for people traveling and wondering if their accommodation will be available. Upon check out, I never did receive instructions so had to guess where to leave the keys. The toilet had trouble flushing and the kitchen was not very clean. One of our two nights there was a loud party from a neighbor, (this was not street noise, which was not an issue at all). Lots of loud music and drunken signing for several hours. And you can’t sleep with the bedroom window open due to neighbor smoking which comes right in the window. A second fan would be helpful so you don’t have to move it from living room to bedroom. It was an inexpensive apartment but I would not stay there again.

Great location, cute apartment

We had a lovely time. The market is right there just a couple of minutes walk from the front door. Delicious fresh food of all varieties. The only improvement I would ask for is a dish drying rack and an extra tea towel for drying them. Also, if you are staying on a Sunday, remember the shops will be closed.

Appartement mitten im historischen Rouen

Kleines Appartement im Herzen von Rouen am Place du Vieux-Marché: ideal, um Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkundigen. Altes Fachwerkhaus mit entsprechend leicht schiefen Böden und teilweise niedrigen Durchgangshöhen. Ruhige Lage im Hinterhof. Einfache, aber liebevoll dekorierte Ausstattung. Waschtisch, Dusche und WC (nur) durch Schlafzimmer erreichbar, Appartement daher eher für zwei als für 3-4 Personen geeignet. Schlafsofa im Wohnraum knarrt und ist etwas durchgelegen.

Für 4 Personen ein bisschen zu klein. Aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage ist super! Rouen ist eine sehenswerte Stadt

Précision à apporter dans l'annonce

L'annonce devrait préciser que la salle de bain n'offre aucune intimité. L'appartement est de ce fait plus adapté pour un couple qu'à une famille ou groupe d'amis. Le matelas du canapé n'est pas un matelas de lit comme indiqué dans l'annonce.

Charming Apartment in the Perfect Location

We loved this 2 day city pitstop in Rouen. The home is so nicely decorated with all you need to make the stay comfortable. We loved the character features of the beams and wonky floor :-) it’s lovely! Also literally steps away from a market where we splashed out on oysters and Chablis. The free light show on the cathedral walls is something not to be missed. Thank you for having us. Would recommend this stay.

Mooi appartement maar niet voor lange mensen

Inchecken was een ramp. Konden pas om 16.00 u terecht ondanks bevestiging van 15.00 u. Vervolgens de verkeerde sleutels ontvangen...ook dat kostte weer tijd. Door het lage plafond een gevaarlijke woning voor mensen die langer zijn dan 180 cm Locatie is prima.

Rien à redire

Apres des instructions très précises par téléphone avec le propriétaire (très sympa d'ailleurs !), nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement, très ravis de son charme. C'est mignon, c'est calme, c'est très bien situé. Je reviendrai !

Wat een geweldig appartement, midden in het prachtige Rouen. Knus ingericht, zeer schoon en prima bedden en sanitair. Vriendelijke eigenaar die we niet hebben gezien omdat je met een code en key box op eigen gelegenheid naar binnen kunt, maar die ons per e-mail duidelijk alles heeft uitgelegd en vriendelijk te woord heeft gestaan. Echt een aanrader!
