Rotonda Retreat with Heated Pool, Golf, Beaches!

The Rotonda Retreat is a spacious fully renovated home which has been lovingly designed and furnished with your comfort in mind. This home is 1700sq ft single-story and has a split bedroom layout with access to the back lanai/pool area from 2 bedrooms in addition to the kitchen/dining area. There is LOTS of natural light thanks to the large sliding doors and windows throughout and a NEW AC system to keep everyone cool and comfortable! Also all bedrooms have NEW quality ‘hybrid’ mattresses/sheets/linens/pillows for your comfort. The lanai has plenty of outdoor furniture and a NEW 5 burner grill!

BEDROOM LAYOUT
#1 MASTER. This room has a king sized bed and a 50” wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix provided for your enjoyment. The king mattress has a plush top and quite comfortable. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace and chair. There is a his/her closet with plenty of hangers and storage space. You will find a pack and play and highchair in this area and (4) blow up mattresses (2 full & 2 queen). The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a standing shower. The lanai/pool area can be accessed directly through the sliding door.

#2 BEDROOM. This room has a queen size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. There is a 55” smart TV with Netflix provided for your enjoyment The lanai/pool area can be accessed directly through the sliding door.

#3 BEDROOM. This room has a queen size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. The queen mattress has a plush top and is quite comfortable.

BATHROOMS
#1 MASTER. There is a double sink vanity and a standing shower. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc.

#2 MAIN. There is a single sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. You will find bath towels and pool towels in the bathroom linen closet. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc

LIVING ROOM
The living room area is quite spacious with plenty of natural light. There is a queen pull out sleeper sofa and a couch. You will find many games and a variety of books in the corner bookshelf. The oversized coffee table doubles as a gaming table as well. Additionally there is a 70” wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix provided for your enjoyment.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA
Fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. The dining area accommodates 12 with eight dining chairs and four barstools for countertop seating. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is available in the kitchen.

LANAI/POOL AREA
There is an outdoor dining table with six chairs for dining outside and a conversation patio set with seating for four. Additionally there are 4 lounge chairs and a propane grill. The pool is 6.5 feet deep at the deep end. It is solar heated through rooftop system 11/01-04/01 and water temp is maintained at 75-80* degrees. Water temp varies due to lack of sunshine/inclement weather/cold snaps/power outages and acts of nature such as hurricanes. There is no additional charge for solar heating!

GARAGE
The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Laundry detergent pods are provided. Additionally, you will find beach equipment, such as 8 chairs, 3 umbrellas, life jackets, misc beach equipment, and wagon to make transporting a breeze!

PARKING
The garage can be used to park a vehicle or trailer. The driveway is oversized and can accommodate 4 vehicles comfortably. This community does NOT allow commercial or recreational vehicles of any kind including trailers, campers, RVs, boats, etc. to be parked on the driveway without PRIOR approval. No parking on the grass.

PET POLICY
This property is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs under 50lbs. The pet fee is $100 per stay. If you are traveling with larger breeds please reach out to see if we can accommodate. Guests are 100% responsible for any/all damage caused by their pets. Please cleanup after your pets!

***To note, while this property is pet friendly the property is NOT fenced as it backs to the golf course.

OCCUPANCY
This property can comfortably sleep 8 guests and we CAN accommodate 12+ guests quite easily for an additional occupancy fee with (2 queen & 2 full sized) blowup mattresses that we can provide. Extra linens, blankets, and pillows will be provided as well. Please ask if you have any questions about accommodations for larger groups. We do not allow parties or events of any kind without PRIOR approval. There will be a $500 penalty assesed to any reservation/group that has an unapproved party or event.
