Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
I was very disappointed with the stay. The room was badly in need of decorating, cleaning and repairing. The window was wide open when I arrived; maybe to ‘air’ and disguise the musty smell? The ancient and dirty looking air con unit provided a source of heat but there was a constant draught from the windows. When I contacted Reception, they came to check that the ‘heater’ was working but didn’t show any concern about the wind which was blowing through the windows which would not close properly. They brought me a small fan heater and I was told it was the only one left!! It was useless as it was incredibly noisy and just stirred up the dust in the room. The hotel is extremely overpriced for the standard of the rooms.
The only positive I took from the Holiday Inn, was the friendliness of the reception staff. I would not return to the hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
