"This was a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and also a welcome gift which was very well received. The room was great, a good size, clean and well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous. The Manor House is beautiful. The golf course was good and well maintained. "I had a 12 hour layover at Heathrow. I walked out of the airport, hopped the bus and it was at the hotel in less than 10 minutes. The staff was quickly quick and efficient. I was in my room in no time a hot shower and a soft bed that was just what I needed before heading back to the airport for another long flight."

The bathroom was grimy and there was no excuse for not providing a single chair in the room. What was the point in providing even the tired dressing/table desk without one?"
