"No issues with the room or the staff, they were fine. My problem was with the noise. The restaurant is central in the hotel, and there is an open space above it and the hallways to the rooms. The noise travels up and seems to be amplified by the acoustics. I could hear everything that took place 2 floors below me. "

"Lovely hotel. I would just say avoid the rooms by the lift. They are very small and noisy vs rooms I’ve had on previous stays. Otherwise can’t fault the hotel. Great service & spotless "

"I first stayed here 20 years ago when this hotel was Le Meridien. I was in Pune with my daughters whilst my husband was out of town so decided to have a trip down memory lane with them. The hotel is as lovely and grand as ever, the rooms are comfortable with the Indian service you expect from a 5 star. Food on room service, main restaurant and the Chinese restaurant was delicious. Helpful concierge and front of house staff if you need assistance with Uber etc. Lobby area is just gorgeous to sit...

"The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and the food was good. The housekeeping team was also amazing and did a great job. However, there was a slight issue at reception, where some staff came across as a bit snobby and did not greet guests with a smile. Overall? It’s a great hotel."

"We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. "Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding. Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee. My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card...
