The Space:

When it's time to unwind, venture outside to discover your own personal oasis. Relax on the large front porch in the super fun egg chairs, or the other chairs and sofa also on the porch. The hot tub beckons, its warm embrace ready to melt away the stresses of everyday life. Imagine sinking into its bubbling waters, the stars shining above, as you revel in blissful tranquility.



For those nights filled with laughter and camaraderie, gather around the crackling fire pit. As the flames dance and cast their mesmerizing glow, stories will unfold and memories will be made. And when hunger strikes, the gas grill stands at the ready, awaiting your culinary creations.



Convenience is at your fingertips as this house is wonderfully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the modern amenities that add a touch of luxury, every detail has been carefully chosen with your comfort in mind.

The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed and a dedicated workspace for the digital nomads.

The second bedroom also has a king size bed and sitting chair.

The third bedroom has two twin sized beds.

All bedrooms have a smart tv and bedside charging stations.

Guest Access:

You have private access to the house and all amenities during your stay. You can access our home any time with our secure, keyless entry.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Rossville, GA only 10 minutes to downtown Chattanooga.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST COUNT

Hillside Retreat can accommodate a maximum of eight (8) guests per stay. We apologize for any inconvenience, but there are no exceptions. In addition, the primary responsible renter must be at least 25 years old. There are two fold up beds that are ideally for children or young adults.



PETS

Pets are not permitted at Hillside Retreat due to the owners having severe allergies to pets. There are no exceptions to this rule.



HOT TUB

Guests must follow our posted hot tub rules at all times. And children must be supervised when near or in the hot tub.



SECURITY CAMERA

We have one security camera that faces and monitors the driveway and entry door.



SMOKING

To keep our home fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.



PARTIES & EVENTS

Parties and events are not allowed at any time. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our home in wonderful shape for all guests to enjoy.
