The complex is surrounded by woods, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to its central location, you can still get anywhere quickly! The wide, fine-sand beach of Rosolina Mare is just a few minutes’ walk away. Various restaurants, shops, and cafés are located nearby. The beach is THE gathering spot for young and old alike and offers entertainment, food, and playgrounds.<br>The Bilo Superior AGADR vacation apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is located on the first floor. There are two different sleeping arrangements. Option 1: A bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, plus an additional sleeping space in the living room on a sofa bed. Option 2: A bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Please specify your preference when booking, if applicable. The living area features a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, pots, dishes, silverware, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink. Some units have air conditioning; please request this when booking. Wi-Fi devices must be reserved in advance when booking. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing or barbecuing (you must bring your own grill). If you are traveling with a small child and need a crib, please reserve one when booking. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The beautiful, large sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Or you can take the shuttle bus, which runs every half hour. There, you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas and enjoy the playground, bar, and sports facilities. If you’d prefer to set up your own umbrella on a public beach, that’s no problem! Right next door, there’s a large public beach where this is possible. The sea is ideal for small children, as it slopes gently, allowing them to play in the shallow water. Additionally, lifeguards are on duty daily to ensure your safety.<br>POOL<br>The residence features a well-organized pool with a children’s pool, which is available for your use. Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool can be rented.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>The apartment is ideal for families with young children, as it is just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful beaches of Rosolina Mare. The residence’s own pool offers guests a great opportunity to soak up the sun and cool off whenever they like. The beach features playgrounds, and during peak season, entertainment is provided all day long by activity leaders. It’s just a short walk to the town center.
