The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Souterrain: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Storeroom 5 sqm. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, window and washing machine.
Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room and with TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and 4 sunloungers. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen as intersecting room and with TV, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. You have access to the terrace.
Higher ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

Access via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport. WE RECOMMEND 1 CAR OR 2 SMALL CARS.
