Gound level and private home with 142 feet of river front access.

Welcome to my river front home! During your stay you will have access to the private lower level of the duplex. Inside you will find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen and living room area along with a full washer and dryer. Outside you will have access to the gazebo with table and chairs provided and newly built dock/fishing platform along the river's edge. You may also access the water with stairs and built handrail to cool off or to enjoy a relaxing river float, kayaks available at the home. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit or swing.

The property is located approximately 5 miles from Lewisburg, once voted "Coolest Small Town in America!" Other attractions include, but not limited to, Lost World Caverns, Carnegie Hall, Greenbrier Historical Society and North House Museum, Old Stone Presbyterian Church, Trillium Performing Arts, multiple taverns, cafes, and so much more! This home is just minutes away from the West Virginia State Fairgrounds.

This house and property were just as described on the app. It was very clean and relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is just minutes from Lewisburg where you can find everything you need from gas, Walmart, restaurants, and a quaint downtown area with shopping .

Great property, really good outdoor spaces except for the factory noise during the weekday. The interior was very quiet and clean. The driveway, when approaching the property from the east needs additional beacons. This is a very tricky turn and was almost disastrous The approach from the west is much safer.

This was a beautiful location. Gorgeous views and house was cozy and clean upon arrival. It's really close to alot of downtown shopping and hiking opportunities. My only advice is don't try to do laundry and shower at the same time. Or flush the toilet while showering.
