"What a magical place - romantic stone villas embedded in a large olive cave with view of the sea! Every little bit of our stay was amazing - from the clean and beautifully decorated villes to the best food we had on this island in a serene setting as well as the wonderful staff! Irina, thanks for all your help and great advice, we had such a great time!"

"Het zijn schone kamers en het hotel bevind zich op een fijne locatie. Het is er rustig, maar je hebt wel alles in de buurt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant, maar wij kregen een extra topmatras waardoor het prima te doen was. Wij zouden het hotel in de toekomst zeker nog eens boeken!"

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"Séjour magnifique!! Je recommande La Casa 77 à 100% L'appart est super, bien équipé. l'équipe ménage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer et changer les draps et serviettes. la chambre est spacieuse dans un emplacement près de la ville de Zakynthos. l'environnement est calme et apaisant. franchement une adresse à recommander sur Zakynthos. Une communication très facile avec les responsables aussi!"

"The view from the balcony is stunning to watch the sunrise and the sunset. It is perfectly located between 2 beaches (10 min walk either way) and close enough to wander in to town if you like the tourist things. The owners were so helpful and brought us fresh fruit, veg and eggs regularly, that they grow in the gardens surrounding the property. We’re we’re a family of 4 and there was plenty of space to relax and chill."

"If you’re looking to escape the party crowds on Zakynthos this is a perfect retreat. Beautiful and thoughtful villas spread out privately. I really enjoyed my time here. There’s a beach a short walk away, a wonderful seafront taverna and several others just up the road. Maria provided excellent instructions with great tips for the week. I only wish I could have joined the wine tasting. I met Olga for a massage too! You’ve got all you need here and a small hob and essentials to cook if you need...
