The Space
Located on the mezzanine floor of a historic, stately building, the apartment combines the architectural charm of old Rome with the comfort of a modern, meticulously renovated space. The rooms are spacious and bright thanks to abundant natural light, and tastefully furnished in an elegant yet cozy and homey style.

This home is the ideal choice for groups or families seeking spacious and functional accommodations. It features 3 separate bedrooms:
-a triple bedroom, perfect for parents with a small child or for three guests;
-an intimate and bright double bedroom;
-a room with two single beds, ideal for teenagers, friends, or children.

The living/dining room is cozy and spacious, perfect for relaxing in the evening after a day of sightseeing, sharing meals with friends, or simply enjoying a moment of tranquility.

The house features 1.5 bathrooms, one of which is very spacious and equipped with a whirlpool tub, shower, washing machine (no dryer), and double sinks. The second guest bathroom adds to the convenience, especially when traveling in a group.
The heart of the home is the kitchen, featuring a state-of-the-art SMEG oven and stovetop, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner just like at home.
Every room—including the kitchen—is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a pleasant stay in both summer and winter. The Smart TVs in every room (except for the smallest one) are perfect for unwinding at the end of the day, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi covers the entire house, making it ideal for those who need to work remotely or for young people who want to stay connected at all times.

We take hospitality very seriously: Check-in will be done in person, so it’s extremely important for us to know your arrival time, including your flight or train number, to avoid any unpleasant waits at the door! Additionally, upon your arrival, you’ll be required to present a valid ID, in accordance with Italian government laws.

PRIVATE SHUTTLE SERVICE:
We want to minimize any stress you might experience upon arrival at the airport at all costs, which is why we offer private shuttle services—upon request—to and from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and the port of Civitavecchia, as well as for travel within the city. This way, you can skip the taxi line and head straight to our facility as quickly as possible. Contact us for a quote!

We understand that traveling can mean late-evening flights or nighttime arrivals: which is why we’re committed to welcoming our guests at any hour, even after midnight. To ensure this special service, there is a small surcharge of €50 for check-ins after midnight, to be paid upon arrival.
