The apartment’s large windows offer a splendid view of the Ara Pacis, an extraordinary monument of ancient Rome.

The entrance leads to the large reception room, a striking and welcoming space adorned with elegant furnishings, 17th-century works of art, and large windows that flood the rooms with light. Here you’ll find a comfortable living area with sofas and armchairs, as well as a large, comfortable sofa bed that can be unfolded to accommodate additional guests.

The living room opens onto a private balcony, from which you can enjoy a picturesque view of the Ara Pacis and the Lungotevere—a unique glimpse of the city.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, featuring a modern, functional, and fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a complete set of utensils and dishes, ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

The sleeping area consists of two elegant double bedrooms, both bright and tastefully furnished.

The master bedroom features a double bed and a private en suite bathroom, as well as large windows overlooking the Ara Pacis that provide wonderful natural light.

The second double bedroom has an adjacent private bathroom—not inside the room itself but directly connected to it and reserved for the room’s guests.
