Located in a newly built apartment complex, it’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sunny, relaxing stay, thanks to our spacious outdoor dining area!
Just a short walk from bus stops, making it easy to reach all the capital’s attractions.
The Maximo Shopping Center is about 3 km from the apartment, perfect if you’d like to spend a day shopping.
The apartment features a spacious living room with a reclining sofa bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. It also includes a kitchen with an island, equipped with the latest appliances.
The outdoor area features a large dining table, armchairs, and a beach umbrella for relaxing, as well as a fully equipped barbecue (available upon prior request).
The apartment has a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with a tub, shower, and bidet, and a spacious walk-in closet. There is also a private garage within the building complex, which we offer to our guests for a daily fee.
