I chose this based on our requirements, it was important to us to have a kitchen (as it’s shown in photos).
This property and its rooms don’t have a kitchen. What makes matters worse is there is a communal kitchen onsite and you aren’t allowed to use it - they’ve put signs up all over it saying “DONT TOUCH!” … why???
We raised our concerns with reception. Guy on the front desk really didn’t care and showed no concern that their photos advertised were incorrect. This has cost me $$$ not having access to a kitchen by having to eat out for every meal.
Some other photos for this property are also incorrect. The rooms don’t offer character as shown. No exposed beams, angled ceilings. It’s just a very small room, the photos on the website make it seem much bigger.. it isn’t, it’s really small with nowhere to put your luggage.
Contacted Expedia and the property would not compensate at all. Expedia has given us a small credit for the inconvenience.
Very disappointing when you pay upfront and you dont get what you paid for
Other issues… the heater didn’t work (in January, when you need it most), damaged furniture in room. Bed uncomfortable and there’s noise from the bar/restaurant underneath that will keep you awake at night.
Location is good, but that’s about the only good thing.
Suggest you book elsewhere !
