The apartment is located on the second floor, measures 120 square meters, can accommodate 5 people, and is entirely at your disposal. It is equipped with all the essential amenities: A fully equipped kitchen with: - Refrigerator - Oven - Microwave - Toaster - Electric kettle - Moka pot and Lavazza coffee machine - Plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans - Oil, salt, sugar, coffee, etc. A living room with a TV, a comfortable sofa bed, and a dining area. A spacious balcony connecting both rooms. Washing machine. 2 BEDROOMS; One bedroom with a double bed and TV, while the second has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if needed, spacious closets, and a TV. There is one bathroom, equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower. Shampoo and body wash are provided. Bedding and towels are included. Air conditioning and security shutters are provided! Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. We are available 24/7. Additionally, the property shares an indoor parking lot with the apartment building (see photo gallery), which you can use if it’s available; however, we recommend finding street parking and getting around on foot.
