It is a state-of-the-art resort designed entirely to enhance the natural features of the area, utilizing materials from the Roman agricultural tradition alongside cutting-edge technologies and amenities. The vacation park has a lot to offer: The highlight is undoubtedly the fantastic pool area, which features three pools—a great kids’ pool with water play features and a small slide, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and a relaxation pool with hydromassage jets, plus much more. A bar, a children’s playground, an outdoor chapel, and sports fields for tennis, basketball, soccer, and beach volleyball round out the offerings. Or how about a round of mini-golf? In addition to a pool bar where you can enjoy delicious ice cream, there’s also a charming restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar. Those who prefer to eat at their accommodations can order food from the pizzeria directly to their room via an app. During the summer months, an entertainment team provides activities for guests of all ages, and there’s also a kids’ club. For daily necessities, you’ll find items at the resort’s market/bazaar. There are also electric vehicle charging stations. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available (for a fee). A night watchman ensures security.<br>The beautiful Baia Elite mobile home accommodates up to 6 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed, an attached toilet and sink, and access to the shower in the other bathroom. The mobile home also features two additional rooms, each with two single beds. The living room has a cozy dining area with satellite TV. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and includes a stove, pots, dishes, silverware, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The partially covered and elevated wooden porch, furnished with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs, is the perfect spot to relax while the children play on the playground. Barbecuing is permitted using a gas or electric grill; you must bring your own grill. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season.
