Newly renovated, elegant and bright apartment located on the third floor with elevator of a stately building, in the heart of the Prati district and a few steps from Piazza San Pietro can host up to 6 people. The newly renovated apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a living corner with a fully equipped kitchen and a table.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower. Finely furnished with double exposure that creates an airy and prestigious environment. Wifi and AC in all rooms.

El piso está muy bien, ubicación excelente en el vaticano, teníamos todos los servicios muy cerca y cantidad de restaurantes más económicos que en el centro. Daniele nos atendió en seguida incluso fuera de horas, le estamos muy agradecidos porque teniamos una reseva en LOVES apt. in ROME, desde hace meses y la rechazaron un par de horas antes de la entrada

We loved our stay in Rome and this location!!! The apartment is fantastic, just as pictured, and was very clean - it was even more spacious than I expected for our family of 5 travelers. The check in process was great, having a representative meet us right at the downstairs entrance. It was nice for my elderly father to have the lift up to the apartment, and we were pleasantly surprised by all the great restaurants, shops, gelato shops, and nice walking areas just steps outside our door! The proximity to the Vatican and the metro station make this a very convenient spot.

The apartment was great and the hosts were very helpful. There was some initial confusion about the cancellation rules and when the cleaning fee would be paid, but that confusion was cleared up, and the hosts were quite responsive in general. A minor point--the listing did say that there was a dryer, but there was not. Everything else was as expected, and the appliances in the kitchen worked well. The apartment was not too loud, and it was pretty close to a market and not too far from the metro. Seemed to be a better value than staying right by Piazza Novona. We were lucky and were able to check in early. We would stay here again!

Excellent location, good size bedrooms, elevator was great not to have to carry bags upstairs. A traditional coffee maker or French press would have been appreciated rather than a Nespresso (where we could not find pods to use with it).

What a wonderful place to stay. Very nice area and easy access to all things Rome. The apartment was as described with plenty o amenities. Check in through check out was very well coordinated and very easy. Communication and greeting from our host was amazing. We loved it!!

Outstanding and Short Walk to the Vatican

We have been in Italy for a month and have stayed in 4 different apartments. This one has been the best! It is very close to the Vatican, as well as many shops and restaurants. The AC kept us cool on 95 degree days. It was very clean and had every amenity we needed, and it is beautifully furnished. Andreas who met us upon our arrival, was kind and gracious. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Amazing location and communication.

We just returned back from our trip to Rome. We stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect. We met with the property manager that gave us a quick tour and gave us keys. The beds were ready - lots of towels and it was a lovely comfortable stop. The location was ideal - near restaurants and stores. We walked into town and often took a cab or uber back home. We would stay here again. And happy to pass on a recommendation to our friends.

Great family visit to Rome Italy

Our family arrived from Canada and had a great 5 days in Rome. This place was really good for us. Awesome location, 5 minute walk to Vatican and At. Peter's Square. Quick Metro train or Uber to other must sees like Coliseum/Palatine Hill/Roman Forem/Trevi Fountain/Pantheum.Spacious especially for Europe with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a small kitchen and living area.You do have to walk stairs as the small elevator takes max 2 people and sometimes breaker shorts out and it doesn’t work.Only recommendstions are a few more towels, small bottles of shampoo/soap should be provided. Note the washing machine doesn’t work well. No dryer. Small dishwasher. Bring your Europe adaptable charger.I would recommend this place. Enjoy!

Great property and great location

Loved this property. Very clean, safe and comfortable, and very close to the Vatican and a metro stop. We were able to walk to many places and we used the metro to get to all the major sites that were further away. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping within short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Renter Beware! This place smells! Strong odor! Avoid staying here if you want to be able to breathe.

We picked this unit because of its excellent location and the floor plan was exactly what we needed for our stay. It would have been a satisfactory experience except for the extreme odor. It was a mixture of what smelled like mold and urine and it was so strong we had to open windows all night in the cold so we could breathe. (Our stay was in December 2024). The odor stayed on our clothes and in our hair. It was a nightmare. We booked for almost 2 weeks, but we could only take it for 4 days before deciding to eat the cost and go somewhere else. I addressed the odor with Valerio, but he just brushed it off and said, “For me, it is the carpet.” He shrugged it off and made me feel like there was nothing that he would do. It was NOT the area rug in the foyer that he was referring to - it was EVERYWHERE! Also, they only supplied one large towel, and two hand towels per person for the entire stay. If I wanted extra towels I would have had to pay I think it was 25 euro per set plus a 15 euro delivery fee. I thought that was ridiculous for a nearly 2 week stay. Also, the sink in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain well. Valerio came to fix it but he just shrugged it off and said “that is how it drains”.There was also an incredible amount of noise from construction in the building. There were what sounded like jackhammers being used in a unit close by. This is an apartment building so we also heard lots of voices from other units. Other than that the location was great.

Great doors!
