The hotel is in nice condition, but the service could be improved. For instance, I called multiple times to reserve a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but no one answered the phone. When I finally got through, I was informed that reservations need to be made three days in advance. How was I supposed to know that? This makes the service quite useless.
Additionally, I wasn't aware that the spa was not included with our hotel stay; otherwise, I would have purchased a treatment. Furthermore, the hotel's location is inconvenient. I would recommend finding a hotel in Rome instead.
