"Place was a bit dated but clean. Decent shower, comfortable bed and good pillows. Didn't really use the kitchen but it was well provisioned. Overall, a great stay"

"Parking during the day is difficult with the construction going on. Not a lot of available street parking nearby. The A/C would not get below 74-76 degrees and I messaged the host about it and never got a response during my stay."

"Here for ACL weekend. House was perfect. Very nicely decorated. There were four of us. Three got the rooms and one on the couch but it worked and it was comfortable for all of us. There aren’t any fans in the rooms and I was worried about that so I brought some from home but the ac worked well and honestly we didn’t need them. Location is also good.
