You will sleep soundly in the king bed and enjoy the top floor view from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom from the chaise. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with clear story windows which provide wonderful natural lighting. Just through the sliding glass doors awaits the balcony, which is always a popular hangout spot for your morning coffee, dinner, or a late night cocktail.

The Heart House has a fully furnished kitchen that is equipped with all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans and appliances you’ll need to cook in if you so choose. This includes a blender, toaster, coffee maker, ice trays, water boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We offer organic local Ruta Maya coffee beans, a variety of teas and cream, organic sugar and Splenda.

ROKU Smart TV with antenna for local channels in the living room. Streaming capable to all your favorite streaming apps.

All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!

We have reserved off street parking for 1 car right by the staircase to the door with 8 steps up to the door.

Great place to stay for our weekend in Austin. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we might need. Can't beat the location! We walked to Barton Springs for a fun afternoon. Excellent communication from the owners. We'd definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

I love several of these properties. When in Austin i try to stay here cause it actually feels like home. Clean, close to so much and the bed is perfect for that much needed rest. I always meet other travelers on the complex which is an added fun factor. The communications is easy and they are so helpful. The whole experience is wonderful. Until next time!!!

Quick Weekend Trip

We stayed for a dance competition at Palmer Event Center with our dog. The place was very clean and was easily accessible to where we needed to go. It was quiet & had plenty of grass space around to walk our dog. We had a mishap with check in but everything got resolved quickly.

Heart House near Zilker

We enjoyed our stay in the Heart House. We especially appreciated the quality items used. Very comfortable beds, both the king and the hide away. The living room furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the deck and the view. We have stayed in numerous places in Austin and this was one of the best!

Perfect for ACL Festival!

We stayed here during the ACL Festival. It's a perfect location close to restaurants and the entrance to the festival. The house has great views. Property managers are great with communication and have everything you need for a great stay! I will be renting again for next year!

Wonderful stay for ACL! It was about a 15-minute walk to the festival, but there were also a ton of bike-carts that would give you a ride there (for a fee, of course). Hosts were great! I thought I had added pet into the reservation, as that was one of the main reasons that I booked with them since they are pet friendly, and the host kindly told me that it was missing. I was easily able to pay the pet fee directly to the host with no issues! The place is very cute and clean as well. We were able to see the concert stages at Zilker park from the balcony as well! Overall, great stay and great hosts!

A Texas Sanctuary

We love staying at the Heart House. It's a lovely little space within walking distance to Barton Springs, a true sanctuary from the Texas heat. Property managers Peach & Cynthia were so generous and kind when we left behind credit cards in the home, she just mailed them back to me. No shame! We look forward to returning to the Heart House soon, it's such a peaceful delight.

Zilker Park and South Austin

Came in for a week to see family, watch live music, go to the Texas vs Kansas State football game, eat, and relax. The Heart House was perfect, pet friendly, and perfect location for access to downtown, SOCO, Zilker Park, etc. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for a small group in your party.

October stay

This is our 2nd stay at the heart house. The location is close to downtown but in a quiet residential area. There is so much going on in Austin that it’s a great place to retreat too. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided my management. Check in and check out is painless. Communication is exceptional. There is onsite parking but we Uber everywhere. This is always our first choice. Thank you.

Great spot for Austin City Limits Fest

Walking distance to Zilker Park. Not to steep uphill climb to get back to the apartment after the concerts. Very comfortable bed. Clean, tidy and super easy to communicate w the owners. My friend said the pull out couch was comfortable. However, the only bathroom is located in the bedroom so you have to be comfortable with somebody walking in and out of the bedroom to use the bathroom. 10/10 would stay there again

Great 6 Week Austin Stay!

A great apartment, at Zilker Park, near the springs, in the heartbeat of it all! This apartment was equipped with so many amenities—from a new toothbrush in case you forgot yours—to plastic gloves for food handling! The ladies who clean the apartments, Shelby and Lucia are very efficient and thorough; and owners Cynthia and Peach couldn’t be more accommodating! What a gem! Grace

Perfect perch

Heart 💜 house is a perfect little apartment perched in the hills surrounding Austin near Zilker park. Just a short walk to the famous Barton Springs natural pool 🏊‍♀️ and places to dine or drink. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all the fun local things to close like the Botanical gardens. The apartment is clean and well furnished- the coffee was delightful.

Heart House

Four stars. The walls and wood trim needed paint touch up. The end wall in the living room/dining room needs top coat finished to hide the sheet rock seams. The washer and dryer are down two flights of stairs, not in the apartment. The patio could use some type of shade in the summer afternoons.

Perfect location and great accommodations.

The condo was perfect. Loved the location to downtown and all the hiking including Zilker park and Barton Springs hiking. Loved the extra amenities of grocery bag, umbrella, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion. It made it so easy to just bring a carry on. Love the view to downtown. The place was quiet. Loved the board games, used them two nights and had so much fun. My only wish is that the weather would have been better to enjoy the patio, it looked great. Perfect for two adults. You could have 2 kids also but it was parents only weekend and this place was great. Oh, also loved the coffee, sugar and creamer, so convenient for the mornings. I would highly recommend this place and if we ever make it back to Austin, I would stay here again for the comfort and convenience.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

The Heart House was simply FABULOUS! It unit was clean and the hosts have done a marvelous job with interior decoration. All the amenities and then some where a pleasant surprise. Cynthia and her group were very accommodating… as it worked out we were able to check-in an hour early and an hour later for check-out. Perfect location

This property is a cute apartment with all amenities needed. Quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of restaurants. It also has an outdoor deck which was really nice to sit outside in the evening. We were in town visiting with our son and next year we will try to book this property again.
